France: Paris, Bordeaux, Nice, and Toulouse.

Until what time can I ride with YEGO?

YEGO vehicles are available every day, 24 hours a day.

If there are any changes in the city you are in, we will notify you in advance.

+
Do I have to recharge the battery or leave the moped at a specific point?

No, that's not necessary.

Our mopeds are equipped with internal batteries that are changed regularly by our team.

Simply park in a space designated for motorcycles within the YEGO operating area.

+
Can I book 2 moped at the same time?

No. You can only book one moped at a time.

If someone you know would like to join YEGO, send them your invitation code.

They will receive free minutes for their first ride, and once they have completed that ride, you will also receive free minutes as a reward!

+
Can 2 people ride on one YEGO motorbike?

Yes, you can carry one passenger.

In the topcase, you will find two helmets and hygienic caps.

+
How much free preparation time do I have?

Once your moped's engine is running, you have 20 seconds free to get ready to drive.

Use this time to:

- Put on your hygienic cap and helmet (and gloves if you're in France!);

- Adjust the mirrors;

- Check the brakes.

In Paris, you have:

- 20 seconds free if you are between 18 and 54 years old;

- 45 seconds free if you are 55 years old or older.

+
What is the operating area?

The operational zone is the area of the city in which you can drive and park (in accordance with the parking regulations in force).

On the app, zoom out to identify the operational zone marked in white.

You can also find this information by selecting your city on our website: https://www.rideyego.com/

+
How do I turn on the motorbike?

When you arrive at the moped, the “Slide to start” button will appear in the app. Simply slide it to unlock and power up the vehicle.

On certain mopeds, you’ll also need to press one of the brakes while unlocking in order to start the engine.

If this applies, a sticker on the handlebars will remind you.

+
What clothing and gear should I wear to ride a YEGO scooter safely?

For your safety, it is essential to wear clothing suitable for riding a two-wheeled vehicle.

Choose clothing that covers your body:

- Wear long sleeves and pants to protect your skin in case of a fall.

- Riding in flip-flops, barefoot, or shirtless is prohibited.

Equipment:

- Helmets are mandatory for both the driver and passenger—an approved helmet is provided with each moped.

- In France, gloves are also mandatory for both occupants of the vehicle.

- In Spain, gloves are not mandatory but are strongly recommended.
